For owners/investors, we offer a full range of Property Management services. If you live outside of the city or just don’t want the hassle of managing your property, we make life easy for you by handling everything. We can market your property, screen potential tenants, provide an executed Lease Agreement and manage the property – all for only 9% of rental income.

- Services Marketing – Our marketing starts with great photos! We’ll photograph your property, create a cool online ad and post it just about everywhere on the web. We’ll advertise your property on our website, Craigslist, Facebook, Twitter, Postlets and a variety of other online sites.
- Tenant Screening – We will personally meet potential Tenants and show your property. All potential Tenants must fill out a Rental Application and provide a reference from a previous Landlord. We can do a Credit Check/Background History for $30 per client request.
- Lease Agreement – We have a comprehensive Lease Agreement we can go over with you and customize to suit your needs. Maintenance – If repairs are necessary, we have local contacts we use to provide an array of services, including minor repairs, HVAC repairs, plumbing, cleaning and yard maintenance.
- Management – We provide monthly operating statements with copies of all invoices. We execute move-in and move-out inspections to ensure Lease compliance and provide turn service to prepare unit for new occupant at the end of the Lease.
- Customer Service – We’re a small, locally-owned company and provide great customer service. You won’t get an automated system or have the hassle of filling out online request forms.
