Get to know Five Points
Five Points is a residential and commercial community, centered on the intersection of South Milledge Avenue, South Lumpkin Street, and Milledge Circle. The area abuts the south-southwest edge of the UGA campus and is known for its mix of students and older residents, many of the latter being employed by the University.
Five Points is not only quaint and very walkable, it is one of the most well-known and established neighborhoods in Athens. The area is home to several landmark local businesses, including Hodgson’s Pharmacy, Add Drug Store, Jittery Joe’s Coffee and the high-end, award-winning eatery Five and Ten.
If you’re looking for an older, charming home in a very traditional and centrally-located area, see what we have available in Five Points.
