Based on his interest in sustainable growth and green building practices, Patrick founded Full Circle in the Spring of 2009. As Broker he has assembled an outstanding and diverse team of Real Estate professionals and staff to help him realize his vision of promoting a culture of balance between our built and natural environments.  In his 12 years in Real Estate he has been involved in a number of preservationist and adaptive re-use efforts including the saving and restoration of a historic church that is now a thriving day spa and a number of successful commercial and residential re-development projects at the Chase St. Warehouses.  His professional experience also includes assisting clients locate both their lives and business throughout Athens’ in-town neighborhoods and commercial districts. In addition, Patrick and Full Circle have consistently contributed both time and resources to numerous local charities and non-profits that complement the company’s core beliefs including the support of alternate transportation, green-space conservation, historic preservation, neighborhood and corridor planning, and organic farming.  After rehabilitating and living in a 100 year old home in Historic Boulevard for 10 years he recently paired with one of the Full Circle’s affiliate builders to design and construct a modest and efficient in-fill home in Normaltown where he resides with his son Dillon and dog Seamus.   When not pursuing his profession Patrick is an avid cyclist both on and off-road and this passion has taken him on adventures all across the country and world. Above all Patrick is a believer in the uniqueness of the Athens community and alongside his Full circle Family and affiliates, he truly feels fortunate to have the opportunity to make healthy contributions to its’ continued growth.
